Testimonials

The reference guide written by Dr. Timothy Quigley, The Evidence Based Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Reference Guide, is a “Go Bag” must have for any Hostage or Crisis negotiator. The materials covered by Dr. Quigley in this guide will serve as an excellent resource material during the stress of an actual event. His insights regarding intelligence gathering, the use of active listening skills, mental health concerns and negotiations handled by text messaging are incredibly well articulated.

Scottie Frier, Training Coordinator, South Carolina Crisis Negotiators Association

I've had the honor and privilege of working with Agent Tim Quigley over the past five years. This evidence based reference guide highlights his vast knowledge of the mechanics of successful resolutions to intense situations. This guide will provide vital tools to formulate strategic plans to bring tense situations to desired outcomes for the field operator or LE commander. This valuable tool provides the law enforcement professional and the hostage negotiator critical guidance in making informed decisions with well-researched best practices. My advice to my fellow law enforcement practitioners is to get this guide, study this guide and use this guide to make those critical decisions in very tough situations.

Col. Joseph R. Hill | Chief of Police, Horry County Government, Horry County Police Department

I am writing to recommend the First Amendment Auditor Class taught by Tim Quigley from Evidence-Based Negotiations. Our department recently had the opportunity to participate in this training, and I believe it would be highly beneficial for others as well. Tim's engaging teaching style fostered an interactive environment encouraging participants to ask questions and share experiences. This not only enhanced our learning but also built a sense of camaraderie among team members.
